New Year's Day Activities for Kids: Ice Skating, Polar Plunges, Imax & Nature (Fairfield County)
Growing up, New Year's Day equated to parking it in front of the Rose Bowl parade, and the smell of pork roast and sauerkraut wafting from the kitchen. Since my kids don't much care for any of the above, (minus the parade, which is never a guarantee on 1/1 anymore), we need a plan. If you, too, will be staring down some squirrelly kids this New Year's Day (after a fun-filled New Years Eve), we've got some ideas for how to kick off your 2014 in Fairfield County.
Some are indoors, some are outdoors ... some are downright cuckoo! Happy New Year everyone!
