Making Moves: Community Art Party on the High Line

Kick off autumn with a creative energy boost and dance on The High Line to a live DJ set by Saint James Joy, groove alongside collaborative art activities led by High Line teaching artists, get expansive by joining a movement workshop led by New Victory Theater, check out hands-on activities with community partner Infirnity, or simply vibe to the music and experience the changing seasons on The High Line.
Art activities are designed primarily for kids ages 5-10 and all ages and abilities are welcome. Visual instructions, tactile materials, and skilled facilitators are available to welcome visitors with disabilities. Instruction is primarily in English. Speakers of all languages can still participate and enjoy the art making due to the nature of the program.
This event is in a covered area of The High Line and takes place rain or shine.
