OK.  I know.  The thought of getting your winter self into your summer bathing suit is…well…daunting! But if you can make it through the swimsuit trauma, there are some really fantastic Mommy and Me swim classes around.  And I promise; having a child who is comfortable and safe in the water is well worth any swimsuit trauma!

Children of the Sound, Norwalk, CT

Children of the Sound offers 30 minute sessions for children 6 months – 3 years and a caregiver.  The classes focuses on water safety and comfort, and are offered most weekday and weekend mornings.
