Rodeos, Jazz Festivals and Other Fun Events Happening in Connecticut for Father's Day!
Father's Day is our day to celebrate all of the things we love about Dads. This weekend, no matter what kind of Dad you're dealing with, we've got lots of suggestions for things to do. Read on for ideas that will make this Father's Day extra special and fun.
Saturday the 18th:
Drop in to the Wilton Library where children of all ages can make a craft for dad. For the history loving Dad head out to the Keeler Tavern Museum for Colonial Day.
Sunday the 19th:
All dads get half off admission at the New England Carousel Museum in Bristol. For some excitement take Dad to the Goshen Stampede where there will be rodeos, tractor pulls, demolition derbies and fireworks.
All Weekend:
Circus Lover's will have a ball at the Big Apple Circus in Stamford. Jazz and Blues Lovers can get their groove on at the Festival being held at Quassy Amusement Park. For a thrill seeker dad try river tubing down the Farmington River!
Whatever you choose, enjoy this special time celebrating the importance of Dad this Sunday and have fun!!
