Families are invited to enjoy a picnic lunch on the grounds of Mission San Juan Capistrano this summer. Spaces can be reserved for a family of up to four; bring a blanket and a meal to enjoy in the central courtyard gardens, among the butterflies, swallows, and fountains.

Members are admitted for free; for everyone else it's $45 for four people. Reservations must be made by end of day Thursday for the weekend.
