West Hartford Yoga - West Hartford
WHY offers Baby & Me Yoga, a series class designed for any caregiver and their baby ages 6 weeks to pre-crawling. The focus is on infant developmental techniques and poses as well as ways for caregivers to squeeze some precious yoga into baby-filled days. They also offer WHY Kids, for ages 4-8, designed to improve strength and balance while helping children learn how to be more peaceful, patient, and healthy.

Bloom Yoga Fitness Studio - Southington
Bloom gets moms ready for birth in their "Blooming Bellies" prenatal classes, then welcomes the little ones into their own yoga practice in "Blooming Babies." The class instructs parents in infant massage techniques as well.

Meet other moms and get in shape! This Mommy and Me yoga class is suitable for all levels. Children age 6 weeks to 6 years are welcome. Children and moms will learn relaxation techniques and have an opportunity to strengthen the child-mom bond.
