If you haven't finished your summer bucket list, August 2023 is heating up with some great family events. Connecticut families still have plenty of time to get outside and pick some sunflowers, see a drive-in movie or learn all about nocturnal creatures. If indoors (and air conditioning) is more your style, you will love the King Tut exhibit kicking off in Hartford or Funbox at the CT Post Mall. Keep cool at the ultra-cool Slide City Waterpark, a pop-up water-park coming to Danbury.
