Let your child learn the basics of boxing, self-defense and coordination in a ring-free boxing environment! There is NO sparring involved, and both girls and boys are invited to our Boxing class! Individual and group training sessions are available, as well as Saturdays from 9:00 or 10:30. Help your child develop lean muscle while gaining the confidence needed to participate in class, gym and a variety of sports. Every child will leave feeling like a CHAMPION!
