Tasty Atlanta Restaurants Open on Thanksgiving

1. Alta Toro - Midtown 

$55 per adult; $20 per child 12 and under

For a Latin twist, head to the Thanksgiving buffet at Alta Toro 11am-8pm. In addition to traditional Thanksgiving items such as turkey, ham, prime rib, and green beans, you'll find chorizo stuffing, empanadas, plantains, sopapilla cheesecake, and many other items hailing from Peru, Argentina, and Mexico. While not required, reservations are strongly suggested. 

2. Buca di Beppo - Alpharetta

Pricing to be determined

This Italian eatery will offer a family-style Thanksgiving Feast which includes a choice of a salad and a pasta, turkey and gravy with sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, a seasonal vegetable, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie. The regular menu will also be available from 11am-10pm. You can order the Thanksgiving feast to go for $90 (serves three people) or $145 (serves six people). 

3. Cracker Barrel – Multiple Locations

$12.99 in-store or to-go

Beginning at 11am, order Cracker Barrel’s Homestyle Turkey n’ Dressing Meal. The meal includes turkey breast, dressing, and gravy, with a choice of two side dishes, a biscuit or cornbread. Cracker Barrel will also offer its regular menu. Reservations aren’t accepted but join the online wait list. While waiting, families can enjoy the rocking chairs on the front porch and browsing the gift shop.

Pre-order the cooked Thanksgiving Heat N' Serve Feast at least 24 hours in advance. The family dinner that feeds four to six people costs $104.99, and the larger feast that feeds eight to 10 people costs $154.99. You can also order turkey breast, ham, prime rib, sides, desserts, and rolls a la carte. Prices may vary slightly by location.

4. The Capital Grille – Buckhead and Dunwoody

$50 per adult; $20 per child

Restaurants open on Thanksgiving in Atlanta include The Capital Grille. This Atlanta restaurant's Thanksgiving meal includes turkey, brioche stuffing, greens beans, mashed potatoes, and cranberry-pear chutney. The regular menu of dry-aged steaks and seafood is also available. Families who have their own turkey but want the delicious sides can order "Thanksgiving Sides at Home," which serves four adults for $135.

5. Dantanna's - Buckhead

Pricing to be determined

In addition to its regular menu, Dantanna's is serving a traditional turkey dinner and special holiday cocktails from 4-10pm on Thanksgiving Day. Families can catch their favorite football games on the large flat screens or bring their dogs to dine on the heated, outdoor patio. Complete the meal with sweet potato pie, pumpkin cheesecake, or apple empanadas topped with vanilla ice cream. 

6. Elevation Chophouse and Skybar – Kennesaw

$42 per adult; $17 for children 12 and under

The kiddos will be entertained overlooking planes at Cobb County International Airport. Book a reservation for the three-course meal this Thanksgiving 11:30am-7pm where you'll find offerings of turkey, ham, and traditional Thanksgiving sides along with desserts. 

7. ENZO Steakhouse & Bar - Fayetteville

A la carte pricing

Head to ENZO from 11am-6pm on Thanksgiving Day for a tasty holiday menu featuring honey-glazed pork belly, butternut squash lasagna, turkey roulade, prime rib, and pumpkin pie. Or you can order the four-course feast to-go with many of the same options. The cost is $125 for two people, $200 for four people, and $300 for six people. The take-home feast includes complimentary Italian cookies and Limoncello. Order by November 20 to pick up on November 22 or November 23.

8. Farmhouse at Serenbe - Chattahoochee Hills

$85 per guest

Dine at the award-winning Farmhouse at Serenbe on Thanksgiving from noon-6pm. The four-course menu includes corn and shrimp chowder or a salad, turkey, beef, crab-stuffed flounder, brioche stuffing, potatoes, pumpkin and sweet potato cheesecake, and more. If you'd rather eat at home, pre-order starters, sides, and desserts by 5pm on Sunday, November 19 (starting at $14/pint).  

9. Five Church - Buckhead and Midtown

$70 per adult; $20 per child (12 and under)

Feast at the Thanksgiving buffet at Five Church from 11am-8pm. The buffet features turkey, ham, prime rib, and salmon, accompanied by over 10 sides and six desserts!

10. Hampton + Hudson – Virginia-Highland

$25 per person

If you didn’t get your fill of Thanksgiving favorites earlier in the day, head to Hampton + Hudson from 6pm–midnight. The Thanksgiving plate for $25 includes turkey with all the fixings, green bean casserole, potatoes, and a slice of pumpkin pie. A limited regular menu and drink specials will also be available, as well as football games on the large-screen television.

For the same menu to eat earlier in the day and at home, order the Thanksgiving meal to-go at $55 for two people or $100 for four people. Order by November 21 to pick up on Wednesday, November 22. 

11. Hard Rock Café – Downtown

$30.99 per adult; $12.95 per child

Up the cool factor of your Thanksgiving by heading to Hard Rock Café. The restaurant serves a Thanksgiving dinner of turkey, gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, roasted vegetables, and sweet potato mash from 11am-11pm. Enjoy a slice of pumpkin pie with toppings for an additional $9.95 or a seasonal mojito cocktail for $14.75.

12. Hobnob Neighborhood Tavern – Multiple Locations

$45 per adult; $17.95 per child 12 and under

Hobnob's three-course prix fixe menu is served 11:30am-6:30pm. After starting with a soup or salad, enjoy a Thanksgiving-inspired entree and a choice of dessert. 

13. Le Bilboquet – Buckhead

$95 per adult, $28 per child

Enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu at Le Bilboquet from 11:30am-4pm. After a starter of lentil soup, butternut squash tart, or tuna ceviche, choose from several entrees including roasted turkey breast and Cajun chicken breast with sides. Desserts include crème brulee and carrot cake. The regular a la carte menu will be served from 4-8pm. 

14. McCray's Tavern - East Cobb, Midtown, Lawrenceville, and Smyrna

$39.95 per adult; $13.95 per child

Families will find a full spread of Thanksgiving favorites including roast turkey, pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and more. Save room for apple pie, pecan pie, peach cobbler, and other desserts!

Atlanta restaurants open for Thanksgiving include kid-favorite, Maggiano's Little Italy.

15. Maggiano’s Little Italy – Buckhead, Dunwoody, and Marietta

$45.99 per adult; $17.99 per child under 12

Kids love spaghetti so why not go Italian during Thanksgiving?! Families will start with bruschetta and a choice of salad followed by two entrees (turkey, ham, or sea bass), two sides, two pastas, and two desserts, all serve family style. Hours vary by location.   

16. Mary Mac’s Tea Room – Midtown

$27.50 per adult; $13.50 per child 10 and under

A local favorite since 1945 (yes – you read that right!), Mary Mac’s is open 11am-7pm on Thanksgiving. Families enjoy the Southern Special, which includes three entrees, three sides, and a dessert, served family style. The regular menu will also be available. Reservations are only accepted for groups of eight or more.

You can also order bulk holiday items for pickup. The traditional Thanksgiving Dinner is $89.95 for four people and $204.95 for 10 people. The dinner includes a carved turkey breast, dressing, traditional sides, rolls, and dessert. You can also order a whole turkey, ham, sides, rolls, and desserts, priced individually. 

17. Matthews Cafeteria – Tucker

A la carte pricing

Sometimes a fast-casual restaurant is best, especially if you have wiggly kids who don’t can't spend time waiting for food. Matthews Cafeteria is open on Thanksgiving Day 7am-6pm. Specials include turkey and dressing, fried chicken, pork chops, and chicken fingers. Check the website for the upcoming Thanksgiving pickup menu. 

18. Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails - Milton

$65 per adult; $32.50 per child

Enjoy a three-course, prix fixe menu at Milton's 11am-7pm --specific menu items will be posted to the restaurant's website soon.

For at-home dining, order the Thanksgiving Feast for $175 (serves 2-4 adults) which includes turkey and gravy, spoon bread, mashed potatoes, cheese grits, mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts, and green beans. Alternatively, order just the turkey for $120 or a pack of sides for $100. Pick-up occurs 9am-4pm on Wednesday, November 22. Order by October 31 to receive an Early Bird discount. 

19. Ocean & Acre - Alpharetta

$68 per adult; $28 per child

At Ocean & Acre at Halcyon, families can order the four-course prix fixe menu on Thanksgiving Day from 11am-6pm. Specific menu offerings will be added to the restaurant's website soon. 

20. Ray's Restaurants - Downtown, Sandy Springs, and Alpharetta

$75 per adult; $35 per child 

Ray's has been an Atlanta favorite since 1984! Enjoy the Thanksgiving buffet at Ray's on the River, Ray's in the City, or Ray's at Killer Creek from 11am-7pm. Feast on turkey, brisket, salmon, sweet potatoes, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, mac and cheese, green bean casserole, pecan pie, and more. 

21. Romano’s Macaroni Grill – Buford

$34 per adult, $17 per child

This kid-friendly restaurant offers a three-course menu on Thanksgiving. Tasty options include turkey breast, mashed potatoes, sausage-apple stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and broccolini. Dessert includes pumpkin cannelloni or pumpkin tiramisu. The regular menu is also available.

22. Ruth’s Chris Steak House – Downtown, Buckhead, Alpharetta, and Kennesaw

$48 per adult; $17 per child

This Thanksgiving, chefs prepare a three-course feast from noon to 9:30pm. Choose gumbo, Caesar, or steak salad for the first course, then enjoy turkey with all the fixings and a choice of one side for the main course. Pumpkin cheesecake served with vanilla ice cream follows.

23. St. Regis Hotel - Buckhead

$165 per person; $75 per child ages 3-10

Get dressed up and enjoy an elegant multi-course meal at the St. Regis Hotel. Featuring live music, the lavish experience includes a carving station, butternut squash bisque, foie gras, traditional sides, and delicious desserts. 

24. Seasons 52 – Dunwoody and Buford

$40 per adult; $18 per child

Seasons 52's Thanksgiving menu includes three courses, featuring all-natural turkey, gravy, brioche stuffing, cranberry relish, green beans, butternut squash, and mini pumpkin pies.

Alternatively, pre-order the Thanksgiving "Green Box" (feeds four to six people) by Monday, November 20, which includes all of the above items plus a green salad for $225.

25. South City Kitchen - Buckhead, Midtown, and Vinings

$75 per adult; $45 per child 12 & under

Enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu at South City Kitchen from 11am-7pm. While the specific menu hasn't been finalized, entrees will include turkey with all the fixings, as well as classic favorites that have made the restaurant so popular. 

26. South City Kitchen at Avalon - Alpharetta

$80 per person, $40 per child; Toddlers eat free

South City Kitchen at Avalon will offer an all-day Thanksgiving buffet. In addition to a carving station, offerings include omelets, popular southern dishes, sides, fruit, and desserts. An a la carte menu will be available only at the bar.   

27. The Mill Kitchen and Bar - Roswell

$65 per adult; $25 per child 

Bring the family to The Mill near historic Roswell for a Thanksgiving buffet from 11am-6pm. In addition to turkey, ham, and prime rib, the restaurant will serve kale salad, butternut pumpkin bisque, lots of sides, and cranberry-sage cornbread.

For dining at home, order the Traditional Turkey Dinner (serves six to eight people) for $125 or The Mill Turkey Feast (serves six to eight people) for $195. Add on the sides package for $95 or a gluten-free pie for $30.

28. The Select - Sandy Springs

$79 per adult; $35 per child ages 6-12

Located at City Springs, The Select serves a family-style meal from noon-6pm. In addition to soup and salad, roasted turkey and smoked ham will be accompanied by stuffing, sweet potato casserole, mac & cheese, green bean casserole, and more. Multiple desserts round out the Thanksgiving feast. Reservations required.

Boston Market serves traditional plated Thanksgiving meals, as well as whole pies and side dishes.

Atlanta Restaurants Open for Thanksgiving Takeout

29. Boston Market - Stone Mountain, Druid Hills, and Windy Hill

Pricing to be determined

Boston Market's various Heat & Serve Thanksgiving Dinner packages feed anywhere from six to 12 adults and require two hours for reheating. Entrees typically include a choice of a whole turkey, roast turkey, spiral ham, or boneless ham, accompanied by sides, rolls, and either apple or pumpkin pie. Pricing and menu details will be added to the restaurant's website soon. 

30. Breadwinner Cafe and Bakery - Sandy Springs and Dunwoody

A la carte starting at $9 per pint

Known for delectable breads and creamy soups, Breadwinner will offer a la carte Thanksgiving items including turkey breast, dressing, sweet potato casserole, turkey chili, pumpkin bread, chocolate pecan pie, and more. Order by November 17, 2023 and pick up between 2-5pm on November 22, 2023.

31. El Super Pan Latino Kitchen and Bar – Cumberland

A la carte starting at $35 for 10-12 people

Bring Puerto Rico to your Thanksgiving table, especially if you have a large crowd. Serving 10-12 guests, the Pavochon Dinner for $275 includes turkey with yuca stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce, green beans with onion, and pumpkin cheesecake. Or you can mix and match items from the "Festin Boricua" menu which includes ham croquetas, empanadas, slow-roasted pig, pork shoulder, and more. Order by November 16 and pick up on Thanksgiving Day at the Battery Atlanta location between 11am-1pm. 

32. Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q - Midtown, Westside, and Decatur

A la carte starting at $9 per pint

While not open on Thanksgiving Day itself, Fox Bros. allows Atlanta families to order the Holiday Turkey Breast Dinner (serves four people) for $180, the Holiday Whole Smoked Turkey Package (serves eight to 10 people) for $220, or the Holiday Whole Smoked Turkey and Whole Smoke Ham Dinner (serves eight to 10 people) for $300. All are accompanied by sides, a salad, and dessert. Order a la carte items as well. Pickup occurs at the Fox Bros. catering facility in Midtown between November 20-22, 2023.

33. Local Three Kitchen and Bar - Buckhead 

A la carte starting at $12 per pint

Select a la carte items of deviled eggs, cranberry relish, oysters, turkey, and more. Order the Family Feast (serves 12) for $399 for large gatherings, which includes a choice of turkey or ham, trimmings, sides, rolls, apple pie, and pumpkin pie.  Order Thanksgiving items by November 17 to pick up between 2-6pm on November 21 and 22. 

34. Mission + Market - Buckhead

$195 for four people

Order the Thanksgiving dinner that feeds four people at this popular West coast-inspired restaurant. For $195, get an apple salad topped with blue cheese; a whole turkey with gravy; cranberry relish; sausage stuffing; traditional sides; and apple and pecan pie. Pickup is November 21 or 22 between 11:30am-8pm. 

35. Tre Vele - Sandy Springs

$160 for four to six people

Enjoy Thanksgiving with an Italian twist! Tre Vele's Thanksgiving feast feeds four to six people and includes tasty options like their fall salad, turkey and gravy, broccoli casserole, Italian sausage stuffing, desserts, and more! Pickup is November 21 or 22 between 11:30am-8pm.
